Building garage is $9.00 (cash only) upon entering. On departure, the parking attendant will reimburse the difference if the duration is less than 2.5 hours.

Handicap parking and elevator access are located on the rooftop level only.

Metered parking on S. Barrington Ave: 2-hour meters.

Adjacent Side Streets: 2-hour meters, 1hr parking, and all-day parking

Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and provide optimal care for all our patients, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment to avoid a late cancellation or no-show fee. 


We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional care and ensure that each patient receives the attention they deserve. If you have any concerns or anticipate any issues with your appointment, please contact us promptly so that we can address them accordingly.


Our appointment scheduling is designed to accommodate our patients efficiently while ensuring timely care. To secure a prompt appointment, we recommend contacting us as soon as your doctor refers you to our services or as soon as you get injured. 


Most of our patients are typically seen one to three times per week, with twice a week being the most common frequency. Treatment durations can range from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the specific type of treatment provided.


We prioritize timely care by making every effort to accommodate our patient's needs, offering the earliest available appointment, and actively managing a monitored waiting list when immediate availability is not possible. 


Insight Wellness Clinic is a participating provider with Medicare as the primary insurnace plan. We are not contracted with Medicare Advantage or HMO plans.


We are considered out-of-network for all other commercial insurances.


Patients may request a super bill from our clinic to submit to their PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) insurance provider for reimbursement.

The reimbursement amount will vary depending on the individual's insurance plan, and it's advisable for patients to confirm with their insurers regarding the specific reimbursement rate.


In-Network vs Out-of-Network: In-network means the healthcare provider has agreed to the insurance contracted rate as full payment. Out-of-network means the healthcare provider has not agreed with the insurance contracted rate and requires the patient to pay the facility's fee.
